2026 Guest Academy Program Auditions

Queensland Ballet Academy’s Guest Academy Program is designed especially for talented ballet students based outside the Brisbane metropolitan area. Whether you live in regional Queensland, interstate, or overseas, this unique program gives you access to the exceptional training and holistic development offered by our full-time Academy programs.

Open to students in Years 7–10, the Guest Academy Program mirrors the core curriculum of our Lower and Upper School (Levels 6–3) and offers:

- Professional training with Queensland Ballet Academy’s world-class faculty
- A dedicated wellbeing session to support the physical and emotional development of young dancers
- The opportunity to observe full-time Academy classes and rehearsals, and, where possible, Queensland Ballet Company rehearsals

Students accepted into the program are required to attend one week-long visit per term during the Queensland state school year, gaining invaluable experience in a professional dance environment.

Participants also receive exclusive discounted rates to Queensland Ballet Academy’s holiday programs and special events.

New Guest Academy Program Auditions for level 3: Registration opens on 3 Oct and closes on 31 October.
